While any individual may use this new, efficient pathway and seek to be classified with what we are calling “High School Completer” status under the Tuition Equity Law, in effect the Tuition Equity Law has expanded access for undocumented students to in-state tuition rates at our public higher education institutions, as well as access to state financial aid at both public and private higher education institutions.
